Public hub for an academic ecosystem

Free and open resources for accounting analytics.

The hub brings together data projects, teaching materials, and book initiatives designed to make accounting analytics easier to teach, study, and discuss.

Mission

Free and open data for research and teaching in accounting analytics.

The hub exists to make free and open data easier to use in both research and teaching. Current work is centered on an integrated set of books and data resources built around Charles River, with the broader goal of supporting accounting analytics and encouraging community discussion.

Books and teaching materials

We are building books, examples, and teaching materials that can be used together rather than as separate, disconnected resources.

Shared data

Charles River provides the shared dataset for current projects so teaching materials and future books can connect to the same underlying data.

Discussion and community

The long-term aim is to make accounting analytics easier to teach, easier to study, and easier to discuss across a growing community of users.

Ecosystem

How the projects connect

The hub brings related projects together in one place while allowing each resource to develop on its own.

Project structure

Some projects live on separate sites or repositories, but they are organized here so visitors can understand the broader structure more easily.

What you will find here

The hub brings together research data, educational data, and book projects that are intended to work as part of the same general effort.
